Understanding session notes

How notes are generated

After you end a session, Delta processes the recording and generates structured notes. This typically takes a minute or two depending on the session length.

What's included in your notes

Your session notes include a structured summary of the conversation, organized into relevant sections based on your specialty and the content discussed.

Reviewing and editing

You can review your notes from the Sessions section:

  1. Open a completed session to view the generated notes.
  2. Edit any section to correct or add information.
  3. Your changes are saved automatically.

Using notes in documents

Session notes can be used as a source when generating documents. When you create a document from a template, Delta can pull relevant information from the linked session's notes.
