Pseudonymisation & encryption
Before any data is sent to an AI model, patient identifiers are automatically removed: the model only ever receives the clinical content. Stored data is encrypted with AES-256.
Audio automatically deleted
No audio data is retained. The audio stream is deleted as soon as transcription ends. Nothing is stored, nothing is reused.
No AI training on your data
Your patient data is never used to train our models. Delta relies on models that are already trained, so your information stays private and under your control.
Data stored in the European Union
Your data never leaves European territory. It is stored exclusively in certified data centres in France, in compliance with GDPR.

Is my patient data really secure? +
Yes. Delta is hosted with a certified Health Data Host (HDS) provider, in France. Your data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest, and patient identifiers are automatically removed before any data is sent to an AI model. Your data is never used to train a model.
Does the AI replace my clinical judgment? +
No. Delta writes the notes and structures the reports based on your sessions. You review, adjust, and sign. Clinical judgment stays yours, and everything Delta writes stays editable at any time.
How do I introduce Delta to my patients? +
A simple sentence is enough: “I use an assistant that helps me write my notes, so I can stay fully present with you.” Most patients see it as a plus. If one of them would rather you didn't use it, you switch to dictation mode (with no capture at all during the session) or take your notes by hand. Consent stays in your hands.
Does Delta write in my own style? +
Yes. Delta learns your vocabulary, structure, and tone from your existing assessments. Your reports reflect your way of writing, not a generic style.
How long does it take to set up and learn? +
A few seconds to create your account. Delta runs directly in your browser, and there is also an app for Mac and Windows, which is more comfortable in session. You can use Delta starting with your very next session.
What happens to my data if I stop? +
You can retrieve all of your data at any time, and delete your account in one click. After you cancel, your clinical data stays available for 90 days so you can retrieve everything, then it is permanently deleted. Learn more about security.
How much does it really cost after the trial? +
The 14-day trial is commitment-free and requires no credit card. After that, subscriptions start at €29/month incl. VAT on an annual commitment, or €35/month with no commitment. What happens to the audio from my consultations? +
You choose. In dictation mode, there's no audio during the session; you summarise out loud afterwards. In live mode, audio is processed during the session and deleted immediately after transcription. Either way, no audio file is ever kept.
Is Delta compatible with my practice management software? +
Delta works alongside the software you already use: you generate the report in Delta, then copy it into your patient file. No migration, no heavy training.
What if my practice is in Belgium, Switzerland, or Luxembourg? +
Yes. Delta is used by practitioners across Europe, and the interface is available in English as well as French. For Belgium and Luxembourg, your GDPR compliance is covered by our HDS hosting in France. For Switzerland, get in touch: we'll work out compliance with the Swiss FADP together.
