Session won't start

Check your internet connection

Delta requires an active internet connection to start a session. Verify that you can access other websites, and try restarting your router if needed.

Verify your credit balance

You need available credits to start a session. Check your balance in the navigation bar or dashboard:

  • Recording mode requires recording credits.
  • Copilot mode requires copilot credits.

Update the desktop app

Make sure you're running the latest version of the Delta app. Outdated versions may have compatibility issues.

Try these steps

  1. Close the Delta app completely.
  2. Check for app updates.
  3. Reopen the app and try again.
