Your practitioner uses Delta to document your sessions.

Delta helps your practitioner document your sessions. When recording is used, conversations are transcribed to prepare notes that your practitioner must review. Your practitioner explains this use and the choices available to you.

What is Delta for?

Delta helps your practitioner prepare documentation for your records. It does not make diagnoses or replace their judgement and review.

What happens during the session

Audio recordings may be retained, along with transcripts and notes. Your practitioner explains which data is collected, how long it is kept and how deletion works.

Where is your data?

Primary hosting is in France, with AWS. Transcription and artificial intelligence also use Google Cloud in European regions. Provider terms govern their processing and any international transfers.

Who can see your information?

Your practitioner manages your records. Delta Labs and its technical providers process the data needed to deliver the service, with restricted access and confidentiality obligations.

Technical security

Encryption, access controls and logging help protect data. Your practitioner remains responsible for access to their account and use of your records.

Your rights

Contact your practitioner about your rights and the conditions for exercising them, including access, correction and requests for deletion. You can ask them not to use Delta during your session.
