Amazon Web Services states that it holds HDS version 2 certification whose scope includes the Europe (Paris) region. This certification applies to the provider's scope and operates under a shared responsibility model; it does not mean that Delta Labs is itself HDS-certified.
Some specialised processing involves other providers and locations, described in the Privacy Policy and, for data processed on users' behalf, in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
4. Nature of the Service
Delta is organisational and documentation assistance software intended for professionals in the course of their practice. In particular, it enables them to organise care information and produce transcripts, draft reports, summaries or documents from information supplied by the user.
Delta is not intended to provide a diagnosis, prescription, automated therapeutic decision or autonomous clinical recommendation. Generated content must be reviewed, corrected and validated by the professional before use. The limitations and conditions of the Service are set out in the Terms of Use.
5. Applicable documents
The terms applicable to the Service and information relating to personal data are available in the Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Merely visiting the Website does not constitute acceptance of all these documents. Where acceptance is required, it is collected through the process provided by the Service and linked to the versions actually presented.
6. Intellectual property
The Website, the Service, their structure, software, text, graphics, logos, images and other elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
Except for content belonging to the user or a third party, these elements are owned by Delta Labs SAS or used with the rights holder's permission. Their unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution is prohibited within the limits provided by law and the applicable licences.
7. Personal data
Delta Labs acts as controller for the purposes it determines, including account management, security, billing and communications. It acts as processor or sub-processor for data entrusted by professionals when using the Service.
The categories of data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention periods and data subject rights are detailed in the Privacy Policy. Requests may be sent to admin@mydelta.app.

The Website may contain links to third-party services or websites. Delta Labs does not control their content, availability or practices and invites users to consult their own terms and policies.
