The fundamental change: everything switches to AMK
Acts previously billed under AMS (rehabilitation) and AMC are now described by around twenty new billing codes (revised NGAP, mandatory as of January 1, 2026). AMK, however, remains used for:
- the assessments (including the BDK),
- the physio-balneotherapy supplements.
In practice, billing is now expressed around the same billing unit, which simplifies reading once the logic is understood.
The billing unit value

- Balneotherapy supplements revalued as of January 1, 2026 (increase in coefficient).
