Markus Santé in a few lines
Markus is made by BraimIA, a company based in Aix-en-Provence. It is built first with physiotherapists, podiatrists, home nurses, speech therapists and orthoptists. For psychologists, Markus does not run during the session. You dictate your summary after the consultation and Markus writes the report, the letter to the GP or the attendance certificate in your template. Markus states that psychologists do not yet have their own group of practitioners involved in the design. Data is hosted in France by an HDS-certified host.
Delta in a few lines
Delta is an AI assistant for mental health and allied health professionals in France, Belgium and Switzerland. During the session, Delta transcribes what is said. Or after the session, you dictate your observations. Delta then writes the session report and adds it to the patient's record. The record updates itself with a summary of the follow-up, the goals being tracked and the topics for the next session.
Data is stored with a host certified for health data (HDS). The patient's name and anything that could identify them are pseudonymised before reaching the AI. No audio file is kept, and data is never used to train models. Delta costs €29 per month incl. VAT with a yearly plan, or €35 without commitment, after a 14-day trial with no credit card.
What sets them apart
During or after the session
For psychologists, Markus works only after the session, by dictation. Delta offers dictation after the session and also transcription during it.
Patient follow-up
Markus keeps the record so you can resume an interrupted follow-up. Delta updates the record after every session with a summary of the follow-up, the goals being tracked and the topics for the next session, taking your therapeutic approach into account.
Documents and calendar
Both write letters and certificates. Markus's full plan also includes a calendar with online booking, which Delta does not have.
Price
Markus costs €28.80 per month incl. VAT for the assistant and writing, and €58.80 incl. VAT for the full plan. Delta costs €29 per month incl. VAT with a yearly plan, or €35 without commitment.
Which one to choose?
Markus Santé suits you if your priority is writing letters and certificates quickly, and you want a calendar in the same tool.
Delta suits you if your priority is following the patient session after session, and you want to transcribe the session when the patient agrees.
Does Markus Santé transcribe psychology sessions?
Its full plan includes consultation transcription, but its page for psychologists describes use after the session only, by dictation.
