Best AI report software for psychomotor therapists in 2026

Delta, Redactys, Neurobase, Libcab, Kalame, Markus Santé and myCR compared for psychomotor therapists: what each tool covers, data, price and limitations.

Countries covered : Belgium, Switzerland, France

AI report software for psychomotor therapists is a tool that writes a first draft of your documents from your notes, your dictation or a transcript of the session. You review and you sign.

We make Delta, one of the tools on this list. Each piece of information comes from the publisher's website, consulted on 10 October 2026.

How we chose

We kept tools that write clinical documents with AI and that mention psychomotor therapists on their website. We did not test the tools in a real practice.

When information is missing from a website, we say so. Prices are those shown on 10 October 2026.

The comparison at a glance

  • Delta covers sessions, the patient file, assessments, letters and certificates. No scheduling or billing.
  • Redactys covers the psychomotor assessment only. The website shows a Beta label.
  • Neurobase covers the assessment report, for several professions.
  • Libcab covers practice management, session notes, assessments and progress reports.
  • Kalame covers the assessment and progress reports for prescribers.
  • Markus Santé covers transcription, assessment and progress reports, and offers scheduling.
  • myCR covers dictation, assessments, session reports and discharge reports.

The tools in detail

Delta

Who it is for. Mental health and allied health professionals, including psychomotor therapists.

How it works. Two ways to take notes. During the session, Delta transcribes what is said. After the session, you dictate your observations. You can also add written notes. Delta generates the session report (short summary, detailed summary, topics for the next session) and updates the patient file with a summary of care and the goals being tracked. It also writes letters, certificates and assessments. According to the psychomotor therapists page, Delta offers templates for the psychomotor assessment, the report, the individualised treatment plan, the letter to the doctor and the certificate of attendance. You can build your own templates, see our clinical document templates.

Data. Hosted in France by an HDS-certified provider, with AI processing in France. The patient's name and identifying details are pseudonymised before the AI. No audio file is kept. Data is never used to train a model.

Price. 29 euros per month incl. VAT billed annually (348 euros per year), or 35 euros per month incl. VAT with no commitment. A free plan is limited to 10 sessions per month. 14-day trial with no bank card.

Limitations. Delta does not handle scheduling or billing. It does not compute any score. It is a recent tool built by a small team. To learn more, read what is Delta.

Redactys

How it works. Four modules. The history module starts from your interview notes. The assessment body starts from your grids and notes. The conclusion suggests hypotheses and recommendations for you to review. The supervision module reviews the text and flags inconsistencies. According to the website, the MABC-2, MABC-3 and BHK grids are built in. Dictation is included and the assessment exports to Word.

Data. Hosted in France by an HDS-certified provider, according to the website. Detected names, dates and places are replaced with neutral markers before the AI. The website notes that detection is not exhaustive.

Price. Monthly plans with no commitment at 29 euros (2 assessments), 49 euros (4 assessments) or 89 euros (8 assessments). 20 free credits on sign-up, which is two full assessments according to the website. Whether prices include VAT is not stated on its website.

Limitations. It covers the assessment only. We did not find session reports or letters on its website. It is in beta according to its website.

Neurobase

Limitations. It covers the assessment. We did not find session follow-up on its website.

Libcab

Who it is for. Psychomotor therapists in private practice first. The publisher is Jérémy Leprince, a sole trader. We compared both tools in detail in Delta or Libcab.

How it works. Practice software with AI. On the management side, it offers scheduling, online booking, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, invoicing and a Chorus Pro module. On the clinical side, the AI drafts reports for school team meetings (ESS), the doctor or the MDPH and suggests a session recap when you finalise the note. Voice dictation is available, with a Mistral AI transcription option. The website lists six assessment templates and 56 tests and scales. You enter raw data and Libcab computes the score. For the M-ABC-3, BHK and VMI, you certify your licence and enter your own tables.

Data. Hosted by Scaleway, with HDS-certified hosting according to its legal notice. The only AI model used is Mistral AI, in France, according to the website. A setting turns off automatic sending to the AI.

Price. 49.99 euros per month or 499 euros per year. Whether prices include VAT is not stated on its website. 30-day trial with no bank card.

Limitations. The missing information on HDS hosting is the point to clear up with the publisher before entering patient data.

Markus Santé

Who it is for. Several professions. According to its website, the tool is co-designed with physiotherapists, orthoptists, podiatrists, community nurses and speech therapists. See also Delta or Markus Santé.

How it works. Markus captures the consultation and then transcribes it. For psychomotor therapists, you describe aloud and dictate scores, and Markus transcribes and structures. It drafts the psychomotor assessment report and the progress report, then adapts it into a letter to the prescribing doctor, a version for parents or a note for the school. The website also offers scheduling with online booking.

Data. Certified health data host, servers in France, according to the website. Also according to the website, data is never used to train models.

Price. Markus Agenda at 18 euros incl. VAT per month, Markus IA at 28.80 euros incl. VAT, Markus Sync at 58.80 euros incl. VAT. Transcription is included only with Sync. 14-day trial with no bank card.

Tools we did not include

HouseMed. Practice management software for psychomotor therapists in private practice (scheduling, invoicing, patient file, bookkeeping). It offers assessment templates pre-filled with patient details. We did not find any mention of AI on its psychomotor therapist page.

How to choose

Start with what takes you the most time. If it is the psychomotor assessment, a tool focused on assessments may be enough. If it is sessions and follow-up over several months, look for a tool that keeps the patient file. If you want everything in one piece of software, look at tools that add scheduling and billing.

Then ask each publisher these questions.

  • Is hosting HDS-certified, and where does the AI process the data?
  • Is the patient's name removed or pseudonymised before the AI?
  • Is audio kept after transcription?
  • Can I use my own templates, for example for the psychomotor assessment report or the progress assessment?
  • Are prices shown with or without VAT, and is there a trial with no bank card?

Test two tools on the same case, with a fictional patient. Compare review time, not just drafting time.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI software can write a psychomotor assessment?

Redactys, Neurobase and Kalame focus on the assessment. Libcab and Markus Santé also draft assessment reports. Delta offers a psychomotor assessment template and also follows sessions. The right choice depends on what you want covered, the assessment alone or the whole follow-up.

Do I need HDS hosting for report software?

In France, article L1111-8 of the Public Health Code governs the hosting of health data. According to the French digital health agency (ANS), hosting this data on digital media on behalf of whoever collected it must be done by a certified host. In practice, online software that keeps your reports falls into this case. Check for the HDS mention on the publisher's website or ask for it in writing.

Can I use ChatGPT to write a psychomotor assessment?

We advise against it for patient data. A consumer tool does not present itself as an HDS-certified host, and you remain bound by professional secrecy. If you use it, do not include anything that could identify the child or the family.

Can AI score the M-ABC?

Delta does not compute any score. You score the test, then enter or dictate the results, and Delta formats them. According to its website, Libcab computes M-ABC-3 scores if you certify your licence and enter your own tables. Either way, the interpretation is yours.

Should I tell the patient or the parents?

We recommend it. Tell them you use a writing aid and how the data is protected. For a child, speak to the holders of parental authority. If the tool transcribes the session, ask for their agreement before you start. Separately, the patient or the parents can request access to the file. The service-public.fr website explains how.
