Save time with Delta

Delta is the clinical assistant for mental health and allied health professionals. During the session, Delta transcribes what is said. Or after the session, you dictate your observations. Delta then writes the session report, letters, certificates and assessment reports, following your profession and approach, and updates the patient's record. Data is hosted in France with an HDS-certified host and is never used to train a model. Learn more about Delta.

Are these templates free?

Yes. Every template on this page is freely available. You can reuse and adapt them to your practice.

What is the difference between a session note and a report?

A session note is a working document written after each session to follow the patient's progress. A report is meant for a third party or the patient, for example after an assessment, and follows a more formal format.

Do these templates apply outside France?

The structure of the documents works in most countries. The legal framework cited is mainly French, so check the rules of your own professional body.
